*SIZING ISSUES: All crowns have an adjustable inner band. Before returning a hat due to sizing issues, please make sure to adjust the hat for correct fit. If your hat fits front-to-back but not side-to-side (or vise versa), hat-sizing tape might be your best solution. View our size chart to help you choose the correct size.
Shipping & Delivery: Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days .All packages are shipped using UPS 2-Day delivery. A tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided when placing the order. Depending on the weather, other conditions, and your location, delivery can take anywhere from 2-7 days.

- We are happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price for items returned in brand new, unused condition within 5 days of delivery .(shipping charges are not eligible for refunds). Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at purchase. Customer is responsible for return postage . Items must be in new condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for a refund. Any item that is damaged or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
- Please double check the following to ensure you get your full refund. Returns that do not comply with the following will be given store credit:
- - Hat is in new, resellable condition (no makeup, wear marks, etc)
- - All original tags are included
- - Original packaging is used for the return
- - Return is shipped within 5 days of the delivery date
